Located 372 km from Tbilisi, on the coast of the Black Sea, is the outstanding gem of Adjara, Batumi - long known for its architectural beauty, however, the infrastructure of Batumi has been developing at a particularly rapid pace in recent decades.
Here, new buildings stand alongside the old, creating a strange blend of Europe and Asia. While wandering its streets, you will encounter numerous old and new upscale restaurants, hotels, cafes, bars, and residential complexes that will either amaze you or fill you with a sense of protest.
However, the fact is that this does not scare developers. Consequently, builders do not hesitate and take aim at starting construction in neighborhoods of the city that are more interesting for tourists. As they say about Batumi, there is indeed a full construction boom here.
Public opinion is divided: some protest the massive development in Batumi, claiming that the city has been distorted, but this is certainly not a hindrance for developers. “Alliance Privilege” is another completed multifunctional project of the “Alliance Group,” located at 42 Rustaveli Street in the historic and world-famous boulevard of Batumi.
The 54-story complex features a 5-star hotel – Marriott – on the first 12 floors, while the remaining floors consist of high-class investment apartments. The investment value of the project is $80,000,000.
The complex consists of 1050 apartments ranging from 30 to 60 m2, with a ceiling height of 2.85 m. The distance from the beach is 50 meters.

STEPS
“Steps” – this is a multifunctional premium-class hotel-type residential complex located near the coastline, at 2b Grigol Lortkipanidze Street. The complex is functionally arranged over 27 floors.
The first above-ground floor includes: a reception, a lobby, a restaurant, and part of the hotel infrastructure.
The second floor is entirely dedicated to a business center, a conference hall, and commercial spaces for various types of offices. The 3rd and 4th floors are occupied by the hotel.
