Apartments in a new building from the owner in Batumi for Sale: What to Look for When Buying
Kalaki.ge only publishes verified listings — every post goes through manual moderation. The Apartments in a new building from the owner in Batumi in our catalogue match their stated specifications, and sellers are real people.
Before visiting a property, take time to review the listing carefully:
- Photos. All rooms, the bathroom, kitchen, and view from the window should be shown. A single facade shot or stock images are a reason to ask the seller about the property's current condition.
- Description. A reliable listing includes the exact address, floor, area, and year of construction. Vague wording without specifics should be clarified before viewing.
- Furniture and appliances. Find out in advance what stays in the property and what the seller is taking. It's best to record this in writing before signing the agreement.
When communicating with the seller, keep a few simple rules in mind:
- inspect the property in person — don't make a decision based on photos alone;
- do not transfer a deposit without a written agreement;
- make sure the layout matches what is shown in the photos.
